摘  要:目的:通过研究唇腭裂患儿的事件相关电位(ERP)中P300成分的特征,调查唇腭裂患儿中枢听觉神经系统(CANS)可能的功能异常。方法:选取3~6岁唇腭裂患儿46名,分为单纯唇裂组,不完全腭裂组,单侧唇腭裂组及双侧唇腭裂组,分别检测患儿的事件相关电位中P300成分,并选择年龄相匹配的正常儿童40例作为对照组,进行组间比较。结果:与正常儿童相比,唇腭裂患儿的P300潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),波幅显著降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。唇腭裂患儿组间比较,3个腭裂组间差异无统计学意义,但与单纯唇裂组间对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唇腭裂患儿的中枢听觉神经系统可能存在功能障碍。功能障碍与腭裂密切相关,但与腭裂类型无关。Objective:To investigate possible functional abnormalities of the central auditory nervous system(CANS)of children with cleft lip and/or palate.Methods:Forty-Six children with cleft lip and/or palate,aged from 3 to 6 years,were divided into 4 groups of cleft lip only,incomplete cleft palate only,unilateral complete cleft palate with cleft lip and bilateral complete cleft palate with cleft lip,and Forty normal infants were as control group.Event-related potential(ERP) P300 were selected as index to observe the function of central auditory nervous system of children in both groups.The data were statistically compared between groups.Results:Compared with the normal controls,the latency of the event-related potential P300 of children with cleft lip and/or palate was significantly prolonged(P〈0.05),and the amplitude was significantly decreased(P〈0.05).No significant group differences were found in 3 groups of incomplete cleft palate only,unilateral complete cleft palate with cleft lip and bilateral complete cleft palate with cleft lip,but significant group differences were found in cleft lip only between 3 groups of cleft palate(P〈0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Children with cleft lip and/or palate may have dysfunction of central auditory nervous system.Dysfunction is closely related with the existence of cleft palate,but not with the cleft palate type.
