摘　　要：目的:对比分析Locator和球帽附着体系统支持的下颌种植覆盖义齿咀嚼效率。方法:选取全口无牙牙合患者16例,随机分成2组;下颌植入2枚种植体后分别使用Locator和球帽附着体系统完成覆盖义齿修复,分别设为(LCT)组和(BAC)组,3个月后分别计算咀嚼效率。结果:下颌种植覆盖义齿使用Locator或球帽附着系统咀嚼效率增加量差异无统计学意义。结论:种植覆盖义齿使用Locator或球帽附着系统均能有效提高咀嚼效率,均值得临床推广。Objective：This crossover study aimed to evaluate and compare chewing efficiency with Locator and ballcap systems of of implant overdentures in mandibles.Methods：Sixteen edentulous patients with two implants were inserted in the mandible.In a random method,overdentures were connected to the implants with either Locator（LCT） or ball-cap（BAC）systems.Three months after osseointegration,increased masticatory efficiencies were figured out.Results：There was no significant difference between the two groups referring to increased chewing efficiency（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Masticatory efficiency of patients restored by implant overdentures can be enhanced both with Locator and ball-cap systems.
