摘　　要：目的探讨全脑放疗与旋转式伽玛刀联合应用于肺癌脑转移瘤治疗中的近期疗效及不良反应。方法选取58例肺癌脑转移瘤患者，依据治疗方案分为单一组与联合组，每组29例。单一组实施单纯全脑放疗，联合组在此基础上实施旋转式伽玛刀治疗。统计并对比两组治疗后6个月的近期疗效与不良反应情况。结果联合组近期临床总有效率为86.21%（25/29），高于单一组的58.62%（17/29），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；联合组不良反应发生率为6.90%（2/29），低于单一组的13.80%（4/29），差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论全脑放疗与旋转式伽玛刀治疗肺癌脑转移瘤的近期疗效更为显著，且安全性较高，在临床治疗中具有推广及应用价值。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and adverse effects of whole brain radiotherapy combined with rotary gamma knife in the treatment of lung cancer with brain metastases. Methods Fifty-eight patients with brain metastases from lung cancer were divided into single group and combined group according to the treatment regimens, with 29 Cases in each group. The single group was treated by whole brain radiotherapy; in addition to the whole brain radiotherapy, the combined group was treated by rotary gamma knife treatment. After six months of treatment, short-term efficacy and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results Short-term clinical total effective rate of the combined group [ 86. 21% （25/29）] was significantly higher than that in the single group [ 58. 62% （17/29） ], and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group （6. 90%, 2/29） and the single group （13.80%, 4/29） （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Whole brain radiotherapy combined with rotary gamma knife gets more significant short-term effect and has high safety in the treatment of lung cancer with brain metastases, which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical treatment.
