摘　　要：目的:研究"去产能"下,煤矿行业的衰退对煤矿工人生活状况的影响及对煤矿系统整体的影响,并对煤矿行业及企业自身提出改善建议。方法:针对不同部门的实际情况,采用不同的问卷调查形式。对收集到的数据建立了Logit模型,运用SPSS、STATA等软件,通过单因素方差检验法、描述性统计分析法、李科特量表等数据分析方法进行分析。结果:近六成的矿工收入下降了40%-60%,78%的矿工认为产业下滑对生活影响很大,72.15%的矿工选择继续从事本工作,对职业预期不乐观的矿工占总体的53.16%,96.20%的矿工认为煤矿行业出现衰退是与宏观层面有关的,"盲目开采,没有节制"是行业衰退的主要原因。结论:矿工的生活水平普遍降低,矿区职工对矿区行业恢复到"黄金时期"持悲观态度;企业和政府的措施没有得到显著的效果;当前煤矿行业形势有多方面原因;建议企业强化内部管理,加强技术创新,增强抵御市场风险的能力。政府应该指导企业完成人员合理分流,帮助企业转型,引导企业多元化发展。Objective： To study the influence of the decline of the coal industry on the living conditions of coal miners and the influence on the whole coal mine system under the ＂production capacity＂, and put forward suggestions for improvement in the coal industry and enterprises themselves. Methods： For different departments of the actual situation, the use of different forms of questionnaire. The Logit model was established for the collected data. SPSS and STATA were used to analyze the data by one-way variance test, nearly 60% of the miners＂ income fell by 40% descriptive statistical analysis and Li Kete scale. Results： -60%, 78% of the miners that the industrial downturn has a great impact on life, 72.15% of the miners choose to continue to work in the job expectations of the miners are not optimistic about the overall 53.16 %, 96.20% of the miners that the coal indus- try downturn is related to the macro level, ＂blind mining, no control＂ is the main reason for the industry recession.
