中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的研究进展

摘　　要：胆囊切除术后综合征(Postcholecystectomy syndrome,PCS)是消化内科常见疾病之一,在我国,其发病率逐年增高。目前临床上尚缺乏特异性的治疗手段,中西医结合是现阶段临床疗效较好的治疗方法,可以降低PCS的复发率、缩短其病程、且不良反应发生率也较低。本文从辨证论治、中医专方联合西药治疗、经验方联合西药治疗、中成药联合西医治疗、针灸联合西医治疗等5个方面对于PCS的中西医治疗进行了总结。Postcholecystectomy syndrome（ Postcholecystectomy syndrome, PCS） is one of the common diseases of digestive diseases. In China,the incidence rate increases year by year. At present there is a lack of specific clinical treatment. Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy clinical stage is better. It can reduce the recurrence rate of PCS,shorten the course of disease,and the incidence of adverse reaction is lower. Through treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation,special prescription combined with western medicine treatment,experience plus Western medicine,Chinese medicine and Western medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine in treatment of 5 aspects for cholecystectomy,combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine of PCS is summarized.
