摘  要:目的系统评价上海市某区全科医师心理咨询指导师培训项目,为改进完善培训项目提供依据。方法以2015和2016年全体培训学员为研究对象,在柯氏四级评估模型的基础上,结合层次分析法确定指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法对项目进行整体评价。结果分级评价结果表明,行为层B3评价较为理想,有0.4 085的可能属于"很好";综合评价结果显示,项目有0.3 656的可能属于"很好",结果比较理想。结论本次培训达到预期目的,经验可推广到其他地区。Objective To systematically evaluate the training project of general practitioners in psychiatry and psychology in one district in Shanghai,and provide basis to further improve the project. Methods This study took all students who participated in the training projects in 2015 and 2016 as the research object. Based on Kirkpatrick model,analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of index,when multi-level fuzzy evaluation model was carried out to do an overall evaluation. Results Hierarchical evaluation result showed that assessment to the behavior layer B3 was relatively reasonable. There was a 0. 4 084 chance to belong to "very good". To make a comprehensive evaluation on the training project,the result showed that there was a 0. 3 656 chance to belong to "very good",which was ideal. Conclusion The training project achieved anticipated goal. The experience can be further extended to other regions.
