摘  要:背景脊髓背角浅层中间神经元与初级传人纤维、背角浅层的投射神经元、来自上位脑结构的下行投射纤维以及其他类型的中间神经元之间形成复杂的局部环路,在感觉信息(如痛觉、触觉和痒觉等)的传导和调节过程中发挥了重要的作用。目的探究脊髓背角浅层抑制性中间神经元在瘙痒发生机制中的作用及其为瘙痒治疗提供的新靶点。内容脊髓背角浅层抑制性中间神经元表达的Bhlhb5抑制性中间神经元(Bhlhb5-expressinginhibitoryinterneurons,B5-I)和神经肽Y(neuropeptideY,NPY)中间神经元分别在“化学痒”和“机械痒”的研究中发挥的作用。趋向瘙痒机制研究的不断深入为其治疗提供了有力的理论支持。Background Interneurons in the superficial laminae of the spinal dorsal horn, primary afferent fibers, projection neurons in the superficial laminae, descending projection fibers from the upper brain structure and other types of interneuruns can form complex local loops, which play important roles in the conduction and regulation of sensory information such as pain, touch and itch. Objective To explore the role of interneurons in the superficial laminae of the spinal dorsal horn on the mechanism of pruritus and new targets for the treatment of pruritus. Content Interneurons in the superficial laminae of the spinal dorsal horn plays key roles in the studies of "mechanical itch" and "chemical itch". Trend Further research on the mechanism of pruritus can provide strong theoretical support for the treatment of pruritus.
