摘 要:目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者海马、侧脑室颞角、杏仁核等结构磁共振成像(MRI)表现与其认知功能的相关性。方法对30例临床诊断AD的患者和30例健康老年人组成的对照组进行认知功能量表评分及MRI扫描,测量其海马高度、体积,杏仁核体积及颞角宽度,对比两组间差异;同时将各MRI测量值与认知功能评分做相关性分析。结果 AD组的认知功能量表评分,双侧海马高度、体积,双侧颞角宽度及右侧杏仁核体积与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。双侧海马高度、体积,颞角宽度与认知功能量表评分存在一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论认知功能量表及海马、侧脑室颞角的MRI量化评估,可为AD的临床诊疗提供可靠依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between the brain structure and cognition function in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods 30 patients with Alzheimer's disease(as study group)and30 health old people(as control group)were recruited. All subjects were detected the brain structure by MRI and function of cognition. The brain structure and cognition function between the two groups were compared. Results There were significantly different on cognition function and brain structure(the volume of bilateral hippocampus,the width of the bilateral temporal horn and the volume of right amygdala)between two group(P〈0.05);There were the correlation between the brain structure(the volume of bilateral hippocampus and the width of the bilateral temporal horn)and cognition function. ConclusionThe brain structure(the volume of bilateral hippocampus and the width of the bilateral temporal horn)and cognition function can be used to diagnosis the Alzheimer's disease.
