疏肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西丁治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西丁治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院在2014年3月~2016年8月期间收治80例帕金森病伴抑郁患者,将其随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组40例患者给予帕罗西丁治疗。观察组40例在对照组的治疗基础上加疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。对比观察两组临床治疗效果及其不良反应表现。结果观察组患者的帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分量表分以及HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率90.0%显著高于对照组70.0%,且观察组患者的不良反应发生率35.0%显著低于单纯西医治疗组75.0%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西丁治疗帕金森病抑郁状态具有良好的临床疗效,同时能改善患者帕金森病神经症状,且不良反应少,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined Paroxetine on Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression. Methods 80 Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression were selected from March 2014-August 2016 in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group（n = 40）and the control group（n = 40）,the control group of 40 cases were treated by with Paroxetine.40 cases in the control group were treated by Shugan Jieyu capsule combined Paroxetine. The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions in two group were compared. Results The observation group of patients with UPDRS Ⅰ,UPDRS Ⅱ,UPDRS Ⅲ,UPDRS Ⅳ,HAMD scores were significantly lower than those control group（P〈0.05）,the observation group is significantly higher than the control group in total effective rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule combined Paroxetine had good clinical curative effect on Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression and less adverse reactions.
