石杉碱甲片对老年痴呆症临床症状及负性情绪的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨石杉碱甲片在老年痴呆症(AD)辅佐治疗中的应用效果及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取我院收治的68例老年痴呆症患者,随机分为对照组(34例):给予多奈哌齐片治疗;联合组(34例):采用多奈哌齐片联合石杉碱甲片治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后日常生活能力量表(ADL),简易智力量表(MMSE),焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果治疗3个月后,联合组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组ADL评分与MMSE评分要显著高于对照组,SAS评分与SDS评分要显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多奈哌齐片联合石杉碱甲片可更有效提高患者认知功能及日常生活能力,可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,具有推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Huperzine Atablets on clinical symptoms and depression and anxiety mood of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods 68 cases of patients with Alzheimer disease treated in our hospital were collected and then randomly divided into the control group（with 34 AD patients treated with donepezil tablets only）and the combination group（with 34 cases of AD patients treated by donepezil tablets combined with Huperzine A tablets）. Scores of ADL,MMSE,SAS and SDS before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment,the total efficiency of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;ADL score and MMSE score of the combination group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）;SAS score and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Donepezil tablets combined with Huperzine A tablets can be more effective to improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily life of the patients with Alzheimer＇s disease,and relieve the anxiety and depression mood as well,thus,it has the value of popularization and application.
