维生素E联合行为治疗对慢性酒精中毒患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素E联合行为疗法对慢性酒精中毒患者的疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月期间收治的80例慢性酒精中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者采用常规治疗加维生素E进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合实施行为治疗。用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)和威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)评定患者的精神症状和认知功能,用(WHOQL-BREF)评估患者的生活质量,并比较两组患者治疗前后的情况。结果治疗后,两组患者WCST的随机错误数、持续错误数、正确次数、完成分类数;PANSS评分以及WHOQL-BREF量表评分存在有统计学意义的差异:观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);随访4周发现:观察组复饮率人数为5(12.50%),对照组复饮人数为27(67.50%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素E联合行为疗法可以协助改善患者的精神症状,提高患者的认知功能和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin E combined with behavior therapy on patients with chronic alcoholism. Methods 80 chronic alcoholic patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group（n=40）and control group（n=40）randomly. Patients in the control group were treated by routine treatment combined vitamin E,while the observation group was treated with behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group. The psychiatric symptoms were measured by the positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）,the cognitive function by the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test（WCST）and the quality of life by WHOQLBREF. The different between two groups of patients in psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function,the quality of life and rate of relapse were analyzed. Results After the treatment,the scores of PANSS,WHOQL-BREF and WCST in the observation group were significantly better than that the control group（P〈0.05）;after 4 weeks of treatment,the relapse rate in the observation group（12.50%）was significant lower than that in the control group（67.50%）. Conclusion Vitamin E combined with behavioral therapy can improve psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and the quality of life in patients with chronic alcoholism.
