乌灵胶囊辅助治疗对甲亢伴抑郁患者焦虑抑郁症状及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乌灵胶囊辅助治疗甲亢伴抑郁患者对焦虑抑郁症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法将96例甲亢伴抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组采用甲巯基咪唑联合抗抑郁药西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合应用乌灵胶囊辅助治疗,治疗8周后,比较两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)等指标。结果观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、安眠药物、白天功能等评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率89.58%,明显优于对照组72.92%(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊辅助治疗有助于缓解甲亢伴抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁症状,改善睡眠质量,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Wuling capsule adjuvant therapy on anxiety and depression symptoms and sleep quality in hyperthyreosis patients with depression. Methods 96 hyperthyreosis patients with depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with methimazole with citalopram,and patients in the observation group were given Wuling capsule on this basis of the treatment given to the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety（HAMA）,Hamilton Depression（HAMD）,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group（P〈0.05）;scores of sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleep medication and daily activity function of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58%,significantly higher than 72.92% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wuling capsule adjuvant therapy is more effective to relieve the anxiety and depression symptoms and improve the sleep quality in hyperthyreosis patients with depression.
