心理放松护理对神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛及睡眠障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理放松护理对于神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛及睡眠障碍的影响。方法将80例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=40)接受常规护理4周,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上辅以心理放松护理4周。两组护理前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)及匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行评估,并进行护理前后比较及组间比较。结果护理前两组患者上述量表各项评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后两组的SAS、SDS、VAS及PSQI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理放松护理能显著减轻神经根型颈椎病患者的疼痛、睡眠障碍及焦虑抑郁情绪,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological relaxation nursing on pain and sleeping problems in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the control group（n=40）and the observation group（n=40）. The control group received routine care,and the observation group received psychological relaxation care on the basis of the nursing care of the control group. All the patients were treated for 4 weeks. All patients received questionnaires of Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）before and after the intervention. We assessed the group differences of each questionnaire＇s total score between two groups,we compared the changes of the total scores before and after intervention. Results There were no significant group differences in all the scales before intervention（P〈0.05）. Compared with pre-intervention,the scores of VAS,SAS,SDS and PSQI in both groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）in the post-intervention,In addition,the scores of VAS,SAS,SDS and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological relaxation care can effectively relieve the pain and the symptoms of sleep disorders in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and improve symptoms of anxiety and depression,thus it is worth popularizing in clinical situations.
