摘 要:为了提高贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄新梢春季的抗冻性,本试验以酿酒葡萄"北红"为试材,研究发芽后喷施不同质量浓度的S-诱抗素对低温胁迫下葡萄新梢中可溶性物质含量、膜透性及活性氧代谢相关酶活性的影响.结果表明,低温胁迫下,枝蔓喷施S-诱抗素能明显提高葡萄新梢中可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量,提高活性氧代谢关键酶SOD、CAT和POD酶活性,显著降低了相对电导率和MDA含量.150 mg/L的S-诱抗素显著提高了SOD、CAT和POD酶活性,并且使相对电导率和MDA含量显著降低.因此,在春季葡萄萌芽后,喷施适量质量浓度的S-诱抗素可通过调节新梢中可溶性物质含量和活性氧代谢关键酶活性显著提高新梢的抗冻性.In order to improve grapevine shoot freezing tolerance in eastern foot of Helan mountain region during spring, "Beihong" grape was used to studied the effects of sprayed S-abscisic acid during shoot sprout to growth period on soluble substance content,membrane permeability and the active oxygen metabolism related enzymes activities under cold stress. Results showed that sprayed S-abscisic acid could obviously reduce the relative membrane permeability and the MDA content in the 'Beihong' wine grape shoot under cold stress. At the same time, the soluble sugar and proline content, SOD, POD and CAT activities were significantly increased. The content of sugar and proline with 150 mg/L S-abscisic acid treatment were significantly increased, SOD, CAT and POD activities were very increased, and content of the relative electrical conductivity and MDA were significantly decreased. So, it is concluded that sprayed of suitable concentration of S-abscisic acid after 'Beihong' shoot sprout in spring can improve the shoot freezing tolerance through increased the soluble sugar and proline content, and the activities of protective enzymes.
