脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎经参赭镇气汤治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中运用参赭镇气汤的临床疗效。方法:数字随机法从我院2016年6月-2017年6月接收并治疗的脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中抽取79例作为本次研究的对象,根据不同治疗方法将79例患者进行分组,其中,运用常规西药治疗的38例患者作为对照组,运用参赭镇气汤治疗的另41例患者作为观察组,对比两组治疗前后中医症候积分、临床效果以及对血清胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原(PGI、PGII)、血浆胃动素(MOT)等水平的影响。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分(4.11±0.25)分、优于对照组中医证候积分(7.91±0.57)分,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05;观察组治疗后G-17、PGI、MOT(11.38±1.28)pg/m L、(122.39±3.19)μGIm,(509.39±19.38)mg/L,优于对照组的(8.83±0.35)μGIm、(106.58±5.43)(385.48±19.54)mg/L组间对比差异显著,P<0.05;且观察组总有效率95.12%,高于对照组总有效率76.32%,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中运用参赭镇气汤的临床疗效显著,能够进一步改善患者症状,进而提升治疗疗效,且还有利于提升患者机体内的胃动素、胃泌素-17水平,抑制胃黏膜萎缩进展,值得在临床上进一步推广、应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Shenzhe Zhenqi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Piwei Xuruo type. Methods： 79 cases treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to the different treatments; 38 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine; 41 patients in the observation group received the Shenzhe Zhenqi decoction. TCM symptom integral score, clinical effects and the effects on serum gastric secrete element-17, pepsinogen（PGI, PGII）, the plasma level of gastric dynamic factor（MOT）, etc. in two groups were compared. Results：After treatment, TCM syndrome score in the observation group（4.11 ± 0.25） was better than（7.91±0.57） in the control group, P〈0.05;The g-17, PGI, MOT in the observation group after treatment was（11.38±1.28） pg/m L,（122.39±3.19） mu GIm,（509.39±19.38） mg/L, were better than（8.83±0.35） mu GIm,（106.58±5.43）,（385.48±19.54） mg/L in the control group, P〈0.05; The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.12%, was higher than 76.32% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of the Shenzhe Zhenqi decoction was significant on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Piwei Xuruo type. It could relieve the symptoms, raise curative effect and was beneficial to promote the levels of motilin, gastrin and-17 in patients and inhibit the progress of gastric mucosal atrophy, which was worthy of further popularization and application in clinical practice.
