血管性认知功能障碍患者体脂量与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平的相关关系

摘　　要：目的:检测血管性认知功能障碍患者血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,探讨其与体脂量相关性。方法:应用体成分分析仪检测199例血管性认知功能障碍患者的体脂量,采用同位素稀释-质谱法、均相测定法测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平,并以102例血管性因素认知正常人群作对照组。逐步回归法统计分析两者的相关关系。结果:血管性认知功能障碍患者血清TC、LDL-C水平较高(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析,体脂量均与年龄负相关、与体质量正相关(P<0.05)。Va D组与身高正相关(P<0.05),与TC、LDL-C水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血管性认知功能障碍患者体脂量与年龄、体质量以及TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平存在一定相关性;尤其TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与病情程度关系较大。Objective In this paper, the correlations among body fat mass and seriam TC, TG, HDL - C, LDvascular cognitive impairment was discussed after rerum TC, TG,HDL - C, LDL - C level were detected. Methods Body fat mass o199 patients wit!i vascular cognitive impairment was analyzed by body composition analyzer andlevel were detected through Isotope dilution mass spectrometry and homogeneous phase method, compared wit!i parameters of 102 normal population. The correlations among them were statistically analyzed using Stepwise regression method. Results The results wershown that patients wit!i vascular cognitive impairment have higher level of TC, LDL - C（ P 〈 0 . 05 ） and lower HDL - C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.According to Pearson analysis , Body fat mass has negative correlation with age and positive correlation with body mass（ P 〈 0. 05 ）.The results were also shown that VaD group has negative correlation wit!i HDL - C （ P〈0. 05 ） and positive correlation with height, TCand LDL - C（ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion So the conclusion is that there is a ccrtain correlation with body fat mass, ages, body mass, TCTG, HDL - C,LDL - C level, especially withi C, HDL - C, LDL - C level.
