摘　　要：当前,技术标准及标准化正随着经济全球化的浪潮,与技术创新、市场的联系越来越紧密,为赶超世界技术发展的潮流,加快经济发展的步伐,制定各种符合中国实际国情的各类技术标准是十分必要和迫切的。本文对测量液压扭矩扳手的输出扭矩值的不确定度作了分析、评定。At present, the technical standards and standardization is along with the wave of economic globalization,and technological innovation, the market more and more closely, in order to catch up with the trend of world technology development, accelerate the pace of economic development, develop a variety of in line with China＇ s actual situation Various technical standards are very necessary and urgent. In this paper, the uncertainty of the output torque value of the hydraulic torque wrench is analyzed and evaluated.
