参苓白术免煎颗粒剂联合乐托尔、美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓白术免煎颗粒剂联合乐托尔、美沙拉嗪治疗脾虚湿蕴证溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾虚湿蕴证溃疡性结肠炎活动期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,治疗组给予参苓白术免煎颗粒剂、乐托尔联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗;对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,每次1g,每日4次。两组连续治疗半年后进行主要症状评分及镜检结肠黏膜Baron内镜评分以评价临床疗效,并观察不良反应。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.67%,对照组为86.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腹痛、腹泻及脓血便症状积分及Baron内镜评分与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组腹痛、腹泻积分及Baron内镜评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低,无不良反应发生,对照组有2例患者出现不良反应。结论:参苓白术免煎颗粒剂、乐托尔治疗脾虚湿蕴证溃疡性结肠炎活动期疗效肯定,能够改善患者腹痛、腹泻、脓血便等主要临床症状,促进肠黏膜愈合,复发率低,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the efects of the Shenling Baizhu granules plus lacteol fort and mesalazine on ulcerative colitis in active stage. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with the Shenling Baizhu granules plus lacteol fort and mesalazine; the control group was given mesalazine, 1g one time, 4 times daily. The main symptom score, Baron endoscopic score were observed, to evaluate the efcacy; the adverse reactions were observed. Results： The total efciency was 96.67% in the treatment group, superior than 86.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of abdominal pain, diarrhea and Baron endoscopy in the treatment group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group; 2 patients with adverse reactions were observed in the control group. Conclusion： The Shenling Baizhu granules plus lacteol fort on ulcerative colitis of the Pixu Shiyun type in active stage shows an active efect, can improve the main symptoms, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody purulent stool, and promote intestinal mucosal healing, with low recurrence rate, without obvious adverse reactions.
