自制腹带及便裤应用于直肠癌Miles术后护理

摘　　要：目的:为了便于直肠癌根治术后造口观察和护理,增加患者的舒适度,节省操作时间。方法:将102例直肠癌Miles术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。观察组术后用自制腹带固定腹部,并穿特制短裤,对照组给予传统腹带固定腹部和穿普通患者长裤。对造口观察、更换造口袋及会阴护理等方面所需操作时间、操作难易程度以及患者舒适度进行比较。结果:观察组在造口观察、更换造口袋、会阴护理等方面所需时间明显短于对照组;在舒适度,减轻切口疼痛等方面对照组患者反应也优于对照组。结论:自制腹带的设计便于造口袋更换与观察,开口短裤的设计利于引流观察,便于会阴护理,缩短护理操作时间。Objective To fnd an easy way to nurse and observe the patients with colostomy and make them feel comfortable, cut down the direct nursing time. Methods： 102 cases were randomly divided into the observation group （n=51） and the control group （n= 51）. The observation group wearied the reformed cummerbund and convenient shorts. The control group used traditional cummerbund and wearied the ordinary patients trousers. Results： Signifcant diference existed in colostomy observation time, colostomy-changing time, perineal-caring time and comfort level between groups. Conclusion： The reformed cummerbund and convenient shorts could shorten the nursing time, make the observation and perineal caring easier.
