结肠癌PIG11表达与临床病理的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨PIG11蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达的临床病理学意义。方法:采用免疫组化Envision法,对100例结肠癌标本组织芯片中PIG11蛋白的表达情况进行检测,并分析其与临床病理参数及患者生存期的相关性。结果:结肠癌组织中PIG11蛋白表达阳性率为25%,癌旁组织阳性率为65%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PIG11蛋白表达与肿瘤组织分化程度、浸润深度及TNM临床分期相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析提示PIG11蛋白低表达患者的5年生存率低于高表达患者(P<0.001)。结论:PIG11蛋白的表达与结肠癌的发生、发展可能有关,并可提示结肠癌患者的预后。Objective：To investigate the expression of PIG11 protein in colon cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological signifcance.Methods：100 cases of colon cancer and its related clinicopathological data were collected.PIG11 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical Envision technique.Clinicopathological parameters,and follow-up data were statistically analyzed.Results：The positive rate of PIG11 proteinin in colon cancer tissueswas 25%,which was 65% in para-cancerous tissues.The expression of PIG11 was related to histological grades,TNM staging and depth of tumor invasion.Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed the five years survival rate was lower of PIG11 in the lower expression group than the higher.Conclusion：PIG11 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
