摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对新鲜的和干燥的香榧假种皮进行精油提取,并利用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)连用对精油进行成分分析比较;采用滤纸片扩散法测试比较新鲜的和干燥的香榧假种精油的抑菌效果。研究结果显示:新鲜香榧假种皮精油中鉴定出42种成分,以单萜类为主,其中柠檬烯最多,约为37.93%,α-蒎烯次之,约为22.86%;干燥香榧假种皮精油中鉴定出48种成分,倍半萜类成分种类明显增多,约占20.93%。新鲜与干燥香榧假种皮精油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有抑制作用,但新鲜比之干燥假种皮精油的抑制效果更加明显。研究结果为香榧生产中大宗废弃物假种皮的开发利用提供理论依据。The steam distillation has been used to extract from fresh or dried aril of Torreya grandis andthe essential oil component was analyzed and compared by GC - MS; and the antimicrobial activity was also studied by filter disk diffusion method. The results showed that 42 compounds were identified fromfresh aril of Torreya grandis, most of monoterpene, the main ingredients were limonene( 37. 93%) , α -pinene( 22. 86%) ; and 48 compounds were identified from dried aril of Torreya grandis, sesquiterpenecomponents categories increased significantly( 20. 93%) . Antimicrobial results showed that Escherichiacoli and Staphylococcus aureus were inhibited by the essential oil of fresh or dried aril, and the former hadmore obvious inhibiting effect. The results provided theoretical basis for the development and utilization ofthe large waste aril of Torreya grandis.
