全视网膜光凝术联合雷珠单抗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者最佳矫正视力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究全视网膜光凝术(PRP)联合雷珠单抗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者最佳矫正视力的治疗效果。方法 125例患者(合计125只眼)被分为两组,即观察组(n=62)与对照组(n=63)。对照组接受PRP进行治疗,而观察组患者联合使用PRP与雷珠单抗进行治疗。结果相比较对照组,观察组治疗后(3个月、6个月)最佳矫正视力明显增高,视网膜新生血管渗漏面积、中心区视网膜厚度、黄斑总体积明显更低。且观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(90.48%vs 67.44%,P<0.05),同时无严重并发症发生。结论 PRP联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿安全有效,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of panretinal photocoagulation（ PRP） combined with lucentis on the best corrected visual acuity in patients with diabetic macular edema. Methods 125 patients（ 125 eyes） with diabetic macular edema were divided into two groups,63 patients were treated with PRP（ control group）,while 62 patients were used PRP combined with lucentis for treatment（ observation group）. Results After treatment（ 3 and 6 months later）,the best corrected visual acuity in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,while the value of index was lower in the observation group including leakage area of retinal neovascularization,central macular thickness and total macular volume; The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 90.48% vs 67.44%,P0.05） with no serious adverse reactions between these two groups. Conclusion PRP combined with lucentis is used to treat patients with diabetic macular edema.The treatment method is safe and effective,which is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical.
