摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌细胞中Snail水平变化与子宫内膜癌细胞增殖的关系。方法免疫组织化学检测Snail在正常子宫内膜组织与子宫内膜癌组织中表达的差异性;CCK-8实验检测应用Snail-sh RNA沉默Snail对子宫内膜癌细胞增殖的影响。结果在子宫内膜癌组织中,Snail的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织。Snail-sh RNA沉默子宫内膜癌细胞ISK细胞中Snail表达后,ISK细胞增殖能力明显下降。结论 Snail通过促进细胞增殖参与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展。Objective To investigate the correlation between Snail expression level and cell proliferation rate in endometrial cancer. Methods Snail expression levels in normal and cancer endometrial tissues were compared using immunohistochemistry. The impact of Snail knockdown mediated by shRNA on cell proliferation was evaluated using CCK-8. Results The expression of Snail protein in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues. Snail down-regulation in endometrial carcinoma cell line was associated with decreased cell proliferation. Conclusion Snail protein plays an important role in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma, Intervention of Snail protein may provide a new way for the treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
