^(32)P敷贴治疗乳房外Paget病疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:研究核素^(32)P治疗乳房外Paget病的可行性和疗效。方法:乳房外Paget病患者3例,采用核素^(32)P以放射性活度0.2m Ci/cm2敷贴,每周1次,平均保持8h。结果:3例患者均临床痊愈,临床随访12~21个月,无复发,无明显副作用。结论:^(32)P敷贴治疗乳房外Paget病疗效佳,患者耐受性好。Objective To study the clinical effect and the feasibility of ^32P-dressing radiotherapy in treatment of Extramammary Paget disease. Methods 3 patients were treated with32P （0.2mCi/cm^2） once every week. Results The clinical curation rate is 100%. After 12-21 months clinical observation, there is no recurrence. And no obvious side effects was found. Conclusion Effcacy of 32P to treat patients is evident.
