摘 要:目的:探讨两种根管封闭剂配伍两种根管充填方法对根尖区微渗漏的影响。方法:选择近期拔除的单根管前牙40颗,采用机用Protaper预备至F3号后根据随机数字表分成i Root SP组(A组)和Roekoseal组(B组),再根据充填方式的不同分为两个亚组,冷牙胶侧方加压充填组(1组)和热牙胶垂直加压充填组(2组)(每组10颗)。即:i Root SP根管封闭剂+冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术(A1组)、Roekoseal根管封闭剂+冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术(B1组)、i Root SP根管封闭剂+热牙胶垂直加压充填技术(A2组)、Roekoseal根管封闭剂+热牙胶垂直加压充填技术(B2组)进行根管充填。采用染料渗透法检测根尖微渗漏,用体视显微镜观察印度墨汁渗入的深度进行测量和分析,扫描电子显微镜下观察根充材料与根尖区牙本质壁的密合程度。结果:A1、A2、B1、B2组染料渗入深度分别(1.28±0.021)mm,(1.25±0.028)mm,(3.36±0.056)mm,(1.41±0.028)mm,其中A1组和B1组、A2组和B2组、B1组和B2组的染料渗入深度之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A1组和A2组的染料渗入深度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根管封闭剂i Root SP的根尖封闭性能要优于Roekoseal,热牙胶垂直加充填的根管封闭效果要优于冷牙胶侧压充填。Objective To investigate the effects of two kinds of root canal sealing agents with two different flling methods on the micro-leakage of root canal. Methods Freshly extracted 40 single-rooted human anterior teeth were selected and fle prepared to F3 by using Pro-taper for this experiment . All teeth according to the random number table were randomly divided into iRoot SP group(group A)and Roekoseal group(group B) , and the two groups randomly divided into four groups of 10 teeth each group by different methods of root canal flling .The four groups were : iRoot SP with cold lateral condensation technique(group A1), iRoot SP with hot gutta percha obturation technique(group A2), Roekoseal with cold lateral condensation technique(group B1)and Roekoseal with hot gutta percha obturation technique(group B2).Apical micro-leakage was evaluated by dye pentration. The depth of India ink dye penetration was measured and analyzed by stereo microscope. The closeness degree of the root canal material and the dentin wall of the apical region of teeth were observed by electron microscope scanning technique. Results The depth of dye penetration in A1, A2, B1 and B2 were (1.28 ± 0.021)mm,(1.25 ± 0.028)mm,(3.36 ± 0.056)mm,(1.41 ± 0.028)mm,and there were signifcant differences in the depth of dye penetration between group A1 and group B1, group A2 and group B2, group B1 and group B2 (P〈0.05),while there was no signifcant differencein between group A1 and group A2 (P〉0.05). Conclusion The root canals were better sealed with iRoot SP than Roekoseal and the hot gutta percha obturation technique show better apical sealing ability compared with cold lateral condensation technique.
