摘 要:采用KOBELCO型机器人离线编程方法,远程控制单丝焊接系统,使用焊材MG-S88A对Q690E低合金高强钢进行MAG焊接试验。通过对Q690E焊接性分析,合理设计焊接工艺,严格控制焊接关键因素,解决了Q690E高强钢焊接接头韧性低的问题。结果表明,KOBELCO型机器人MAG焊接方法适用于Q690E的焊接。根据标准对焊接接头力学性能进行检测,焊接接头弯曲和拉伸性能符合检测标准要求,焊缝中心、熔合线、熔合线+2mm、熔合线+5 mm冲击吸收能量在-40℃条件下均大于69 J。By using KOBELCO robot off-line programming method and remote control single wire welding system,Q690 E low-alloy highstrength steels were welded by MAG welding with MG-S88 A welding wire. Based on the analysis of Q690 E weldability,by properly designing welding procedure and strictly controlling welding factors. The problem of the low impact property of the joint was solved. The results show that KOBELCO robotic MAG welding method is suitable for Q690 E steel. According to marine standards,the mechanical properties of welded joints were tested. The tensile and bending properties of the welded joint meet the requirement of testing standards. The impact toughness at the welding center,fusion area,fusion zone + 2 mm,fusion zone + 5 mm can be assured to be higher than 69 J at-40 ℃.
