摘  要:针对传统全屏蔽绝缘管母线的接地屏蔽层的不足,提出一种改进的全屏蔽半绝缘铜管母线的结构设计;通过分析管母线的电气性能,确定其性能参数;基于液压工艺,采用管母线锥形连接方法,实现管母线的紧密套接。产品通过中国电力科学研究院电力工业电气设备质量检验测试中心测试。结果表明:各项指标均符合国家要求,在1.2 Um/3^(1/2) kV电压下,产品的局部放电水平为7 p C,具有良好的电气性能。In view of the shortage of the grounding shielding layer of the traditional all-insulated pipe bus- bar,the improved structure design of the fully shielded and semi-insulated copper pipe busbar is proposed. Analysis on the electrical properties of the pipe busbar, the performance parameters are determined. The pipe busbar tapered connection method is used to realize the close the socket of the pipe busbar based on the hydraulic technology. The product is tested by the quality inspection and testing center of electrical e- quipment of China electric power research institute. The results show that all indicators are in line with the national requirements,and the local discharge level of the product is 7pC under 1.2 Um/3 kV voltage, which has good electrical performance.
