摘 要:目的 :观察儿童非癫性发作事件 2 4h动态脑电图 (AEEG)的特点及其诊断意义。方法 :对AEEG监测到的 12 1例儿童非癫性发作事件临床发作期EEG进行分析 ,并以常规脑电图 (REEG)进行对照。结果 :REEG非特异性异常 13例 (10 .7% ) ,AEEG非特异性异常 30例 (2 4 .8% ) ,样放电 3例(2 .5 % ) ,总异常率 2 7 2 %。非特异性异常检出率以偏头痛最高 (34.8% ) ,其次为晕厥 (2 3.5 % )及睡眠障碍 (2 2 .2 % )。结论 :儿童非癫性发作事件AEEG多为正常或非特异性异常 。Objective:To analyze the features of AEEG (24-h EEG)and its diagnostic value in children with nonepileptic seizures. Methods:The ictal EEG of 121 children with nonepileptic seizures detected by AEEG monitoring was analyzed and compared with rountine EEG.Results:Rountine EEG found nonspecific abnormality in 13 patients with an abnormality rate of 10.7% ,However ,nonspecific abnormal EEG was found in 30 ones by AEEG, the abnormality rate was 24.8% and epileptiform discharges were found in 3 ones (2.5%).The total abnormality rate of AEEG was 27.2%.The nonspecific abnormality rate of EEG and the detection rate of epileptiform discharges were the highest in migraine (34.8%) and secondly in syncope (23.5%) and sleepness disorders (22.2%).Conclusions:AEEG in children with nonepileptic seizures might be mostly normal and nonspecific abnormal. It might be helpful in the diagnosis and defferentiatial diagnosis of children's nonepileptic seizures.
