摘  要:目的探讨医院员工参与医院管理事务的程度和态度以及对医院认同感之间的关系。方法通过在某公立医院296份问卷调研,对普通员工和管理层不同的工作态度和医院认同感进行对比分析。结果普通员工组的医院认同感和参与管理的程度远远低于管理层组。结论参与管理的程度与员工对医院的认同感呈正相关,更多的员工参与管理工作能够激发员工潜能。Objective To examine the relationship of participation level of hospital management and attitude with cognition of hospital. Methods A total of 296 participants were included in the current study. They were asked about cognition of hospital. We then compared between common staff and management staff. Results The common staff’s cognition and participation level was much lower than management staff. Conclusions Participating in the hospital management can improve staff’s cognition of hospital. Having more staff participating in hospital management can further inspired their potential.
