摘  要:目的了解肿瘤科护士个人-组织契合度、工作热情现状,分析两者之间的关系。方法应用个人-组织契合度量表、工作热情量表对1172名肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤科护士个人-组织契合度、工作热情得分分别为60.17±10.43、44.04±8.83,两者呈正相关。结论肿瘤科护士的个人-组织契合度水平越高,其工作热情越高。Objective To study current status of person-organization fit and thriving at work of nurses in department of cancer and their correlation. Method Questionnaire investigation was conducted on 1172 nurses in department of cancer using person-organization fit scale and thriving at work scale. Results Among the nurses in department of cancer,the scores of person-organization fit and thriving at work were 60.17±10.43 and 44.04±8.83 respectively,and the two indicators showed positive correlation. Conclusion Among the nurses in department of cancer,the higher the person-organization fit was,the higher the thriving at work was.
