摘  要:为提高风云三号(FY-3)卫星星上全球数据获取的可靠性,根据A,B,C星遥测数据采用全球实时广播链路和延时链路(MPT/DPT)将境内外数据进行拼接而实现各载荷数据全球拼图的不足,对04星仅用DPT延时链路的高可靠全球数据获取技术进行了研究。采用全新的FLASH存储器读写控制及坏区管理技术;用反熔丝FPGA实现高速数据处理,将空间环境影响降至最低;采用星上设计兼容境外记录/境内回放和全球记录/境内回放两种工作模式提高系统的可靠性。介绍了固存读写方式、存储控制模块、固存数据回读和固存坏区管理等FLASH存储器读写控制与处理技术。设计了新型抗单粒子翻转。给出了两种模式兼容的程控方案。性能比对和试验结果表明:提出的全球数据获取技术可全方位保证04星数据的可靠下传和处理,大幅简化了地面应用系统的数据处理,提高了全球载荷数据获取的时效性和可靠性。To improve the reliability of global payload data of FY-3 meteorological satellite,the acquisition technology of high reliable global payload data using only delay picture transmit (DPT) delay link for the forth FY-3 satellite was studied when the disadvantage of FY-3A,B,C satellites is relying on the global real-time radio link and delay link to splice the data in and out of the China.The reading and writing control and bad block management are applied based on FLASH memory.The antifuse FPGA is used for realizing the treatment for high speed data,which can reduce the space environment effect to the least.The two compatible modes onboard of recording in abroad/replaying in domestic and global recording/replaying in domestic are adopted to improve the system reliability.The management and treatment of reading and writing FLASH memory were introduced which were reading and writing way of solid state memory(STM),storage management module,back read of STM and bad block management of STM.The new anti-single particle flip was designed.The program control scheme with the two compatible modes was given.The performance comparison and test result showed that the payload data for FY-3 04 satellite could download and treat reliably using the technology proposed.It can simplify the data treatment of the ground segment system and improve the efficiency and reliability of global payload data acquisition.
