绷带式角膜接触镜在治疗浅层点状角膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨绷带式角膜接触镜在治疗浅层点状角膜炎的临床应用效果。方法:选取2013年1月~2017年1月接受浅层点状角膜炎治疗的患者30例(30眼),将入选患者随机分两组,其中佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜联合药物治疗者15例(15眼)作为观察组,单纯药物治疗者15例(15眼)作为对照组,分别评估治疗后7d,14d及21d时角膜炎愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组第7d好转率46.7%,14d治愈率为53.3%,均显著高于对照组(P≤0.05);同时,观察组患者在观察期间未出现并发症。结论:佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜可以促进角膜上皮的快速愈合,有效提高患者浅层点状角膜炎的治愈率,减少并发症的发生,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective： To evaluate the clinical application effect of bandage contact lens on superficial punctate keratitis. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed 30 cases with superficial punctate keratitis treated in our hospital from Janunary 2013 to Janunary 2017.15 of 30 eyes wore bandage contact lens and dripped eye drops and 15 of 30 eyes were treated with the same eye drops as the bandage contact lens group. The improvement rate and the cure rate were evaluated after 7 d, 14 d and 21 days. Results： The improvement rate of the 7 th day was 46.7% and the cure rate was 53.3% at 14 days, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（P≤0.05） and there was no infection and complication. Conclusions： The bandage contact lens can significantly promote the healing of corneal epithelia and cure effectively superficial punctate keratitis.
