摘　　要：目的建立兰州地区荧光比色法检测正常孕妇血同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)浓度的正常参考范围,并探讨其在反复自然流产中的应用价值。方法将对照组2383例初次妊娠的孕妇和病例组275例反复自然流产孕妇应用荧光比色法进行血Hcy浓度检测,设对照组95%置信区间为正常参考范围,两组数据采用两独立样本t检验进行统计分析。结果对照组Hcy水平为7.74±3.51μmol/L,95%置信区间值为0.86~14.62μmol/L;病例组Hcy水平为9.29±4.22μmol/L,高于对照组平均水平,两组数据进行t检验统计分析,P值<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论兰州地区妊娠妇女Hcy正常参考范围可设为0.86~14.62μmol/L;Hcy浓度值偏高与反复自然流产具有相关性。Objective：To establish a normal reference range for detecting normal homocysteine concentration in normal pregnant women by fluorescence colorimetry in Lanzhou area,and to investigate its value in recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods：The control group of 2383 cases of first pregnancy pregnant women and 275 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion of pregnant women blood concentration of Hcy using fluorescence assay,a control group of 95% confidence intervals for the normal reference range,two sets of data using two independent sample t test was used for statistical analysis. Results：Hcy level of control group is 7.74±3.51μmol/L,95% confidence interval is 0.86-14.62μmol/L;Hcy level of case group is 9.29±4.22μmol/L,higher than the average levels of the control group,two groups of data were analyzed by T statistical test,P〈0.05,has statistical significance. Conclusion：The normal range of Hcy in pregnant women in Lanzhou can be set at 0.86-14.62 mu mol/L;The high concentration of Hcy is related to recurrent spontaneous abortion.
