摘　　要：抗体在生物学研究中有着很广泛的应用。验证一个抗体需要证实其在指定应用中的特异性,但是目前尚缺乏广泛认可的判定指南或标准。本文针对抗体应用中的主要问题以及抗体行业的现状进行了探讨,然后重点分析了一系列可用于抗体验证的标准化解决方案,以期为今后抗体验证标准体系实施提供技术参考。Antibodies have a very wide range of applications in biological research. To validate an antibody, it must be shown to be specific in the context where it is used. But there are no universally accepted guidelines or standardization methods for determining the validity of these reagents. This paper analyzes the problems of antibody application and the status of antibody industry, highlights a series of scientifical standardization solutions for antibody validation, so as to provide technical reference for promoting the implementation of antibody validation.
