茂名市竞技跆拳道现状与对策研究

摘　　要：采用调查、文献等方法,对茂名市跆拳道运动进行研究。结果显示:逐步为省体校和专业队输送队员;体校半专业化训练队员20人,教练员1人;选材采取教练与被选者双方自愿,缺乏科学化数据;场馆面积400平方米,缺少辅助性训练器材。结论:茂名市跆拳道为国家培养与输送人才定位正确;训练水平逐年提高;科学化选材不够严谨;训练条件有待改善。In order to develop the competitive level of Taekwondo and cultivate professional athletes in China,this thesis using the methods of survey and literature,studies on the development of Taekwondo.The results show that,athletes in Maoming are qualified to be sent to provincial sports school and professional team after being cultivated in the practice of Taekwondo;there are one coach and 20 semi-professional athletes in Maoming sports school who are voluntary or chosen by the coach without scientific data;the stadium area is 400 km,but lack of auxiliary training equipment.This study concludes that,the orientation of cultivating and transporting athletes in Maoming sports school is rational and its training level is improved year after year,yet there is a lack of rigour in the selection of athletes and the training conditions should be improved.
