上海市青少年举重运动员后备人才培养现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法和数理统计等研究方法对近三年上海市各区县青少年举重运动员选材、训练和比赛等现状进行分析。结果发现:上海的举重水平一落千丈,跌落低谷。主要问题是青少年举重后备人才状况青黄不接,运动员的招生来源、训练水平以及竞赛体制和管理机制等方面存在很多差强人意的问题,需要相关部门及时采取相应对策,扭转目前局势,为上海举重的振兴提供和创建优良的政策和训练体制及竞赛机制平台。Using methods of documentary and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the status quo of and problems of training and competition,etc.for nearly 3 years in each district and county of Shanghai youth weightlifting athletes selecting.The results showed that:the weight level of Shanghai fell onto the bottom.Main problem is the youth weightlifting reserve talented person situation falls,athletes source of recruitment,training and competition system and management mechanism,as well as many of the poor problem,need to relevant departments to take corresponding countermeasures in time,to reverse the current situation,for the revitalization of Shanghai lifting and create excellent platform for the policy and training system and competition mechanism.
