摘  要:高新技术产业可持续发展能力是其产业后续发展潜力的象征,评价中国高新技术产业可持续发展能力,有助于把握我国高新技术产业发展动向和发展潜力。在分析影响高新技术产业影响因素的基础上,文章从发展环境、发展水平、发展潜力、协调发展4个维度构建高新技术产业可持续发展能力评价指标体系,提出了基于主成分分析法的指标赋权方法和基于新信息优先的时点赋权方法,在此基础上构建了基于灰色关联分析法的高新技术产业可持续发展动态评价模型,利用该模型对"十二五"期间我国高新技术产业可持续发展能力进行了评价研究。The sustainable development capability of high-tech industry is a symbol of the potential of the industry's follow-up development. The evaluation of the sustainable development capability of China's high-tech industry help us to follow the development trend and development potential of China's high-tech industry. On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of high-tech industry, this article expounds the evaluation index system of sustainable development capability of high-tech industry in terms of development environment, development level,development potential and coordinated development, and puts forward the index based on principal component analysis method and time weighting method based on new information. This article builds a grey dynamic evaluation model of high-tech industry sustainable development based on grey relational analysis method. The model is employed to evaluate the sustainable development capacity of the high-tech industry in China during the 12 th fiveyear plan period.
