摘 要:目的探讨Pin1和Her2在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达情况、二者之间的相关性及其临床意义,为乳腺肿瘤的防治提供参考。方法收集2012年3月到2015年5月在惠州市第一人民医院行外科手术切除的226例确诊的乳腺癌标本和50例正常乳腺组织,用免疫组织化学方法检测这些石蜡切片中Pin1和Her2蛋白表达,分析两者的相关性以及两者的表达与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 Pin1蛋白和Her2蛋白在乳腺癌中表达的阳性率均远远高于正常乳腺(P<0.05)。Pin1的过表达与病理组织学分级、淋巴结有无转移相关,而与年龄、肿瘤大小、临床PTNM分期无明显相关性。Her2蛋白过表达与临床PTNM分期、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),与病理类型、年龄、肿瘤大小无明显相关性。在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Pin1和Her2蛋白阳性表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Pin1与Her2的过表达水平密切相关;Pin1和Her2在浸润性乳腺癌中发挥的重要作用,使Pin1可能成为Her2阳性的乳腺癌的一个新的治疗靶点。Objective To study the expressions and relationship of Pin1 and Her2 in the invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)of breast and analyze its clinical significance for providing a reference for breast cancer prevention.MethodsSurgical resection specimens of 226 diagnosed in advanced breast cancer and 50 cases of normal breast tissue from March 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected for the study.Statistical analysis was carried out to analyze the relationship between Pin1 and Her2 expression,and the relationship of these expressions to clinic opathological characteristics.ResultsThe positive rates of Pin1 and Her2 protein expressions in the IDC of breast tissues were significantly higher than those in the corresponding normal breast tissue.The positive rates of Pin1 protein expressions were positively correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis,but were not correlated with age,tumordiameter and clinical staging.The positive rates of Her2 protein expressions were highly correlated with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis,but were not correlated with age,tumordiameter,and histological grade.The positive rate of Pin1 expression was positively correlated with the positive rate of Her2 expression.ConclusionThe positive rates of Pin1 protein expressions were positively correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis.The positive rates of Her2 protein expressions were highly correlated with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.The over expression of Pin1 and Her2 were closely related.Both of them may play a important role in the invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)of breast;Pin1 may provide a new therapeutic target for Her2-positive breast cancer.
