摘 要:为了解决挤压式磁流变减振器大阻尼小位移这一特性不适用于车辆的不足,设计外部滚珠丝杠结构,建立运动学、动力学模型,理论计算和仿真分析减振器外部连杆运动速度、位移和磁流变液剪切屈服强度对阻尼力的影响。对该减振器的示功特性和连杆长度比对阻尼力的调节作用进行了分析,最后进行了台架实验。实验得到该减振器不同电流下的示功图,和理论分析的结果基本一致,说明该阻尼力表达式正确,滚珠丝杠结构可以增大挤压式减振器位移和阻尼力的调节范围,使之适用于车辆,并使其具备机械电磁双调节模式。In order to solve the problem that the character of magnetoreological fluid damper based on squeeze mode is not suitable for the vehicle because of large damping force and small displacement,the ball-screw outer structure of a damper is designed,and the mechanical and dynamic models are established.The influence of the external connecting rod velocity,displacement and the magnetoreological fluid flow shear yield strength on the damping force is calculated and simulated.Both the indication and the effect of the connection rod length on the regulation mode of the damper are also analyzed.A bench test is carried out in the end,and the indicator diagrams under different current are obtained which is close to the theoretical result.The results demonstrate that the deduced mechanical model is effective,and that the ball screw structure can increase the adjustable range of displacement and damping force,making it suitable for the vehicle.In addition,the damper with this structure possesses mechanical electromagnetic dual regulation mode.
