摘  要:依据β-胡萝卜素异构体的等吸收波长的特性,建立了用分光光度法测定饲料添加剂β-胡萝卜素粉的测定方法。试样经酶解后,用乙醇和二氯甲烷提取,用环己烷稀释后,在421.0 nm处测定。该方法的检测结果与AOAC2005.7液相色谱法测定的结果吻合;该方法在0.6~6μg/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性,线性回归系数R2=0.999 8;样品测试的相对标准偏差为2.52%。该方法具有快速、准确、分析成本低等优点。To establish a quantitative method to determination of β-carotene in feed additive by spectrophotometry, based on isobestic wavelength of β-carotene. β-carotene powder is disclosed by enzymatic treatment and then extracted with dichloromethane and ethanol, followed by dilution with cyclohexane. The Absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 421.0 nm. The relative standard deviation is 2.52%, the results of this method is consistent with the results of AOAC 2005.7 method. The method has a good linearity in the range of 0.6-6 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient R-2=0.999 8. This method is simple, reliable and economical.
