凤仙花不同部位水提液抑真菌效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:比较凤仙花的根、茎、叶、花、种子等不同部位水提液对红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、白色假丝酵母菌和须癣毛癣菌等4种真菌的抑制作用,为凤仙的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用药敏试纸实验法。结果:凤仙花之花对红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、白色假丝酵母菌和须癣毛癣菌等4种真菌均有显著的抑制作用,其他部位对须癣毛癣菌抑制作用较弱,根对白色假丝酵母菌、茎对红色毛癣菌有微弱抑制性,但远不及花的抑真菌作用(P<0.05)。结论:凤仙花临床上常用于治疗手足癣等真菌类疾病,研究结论为凤仙花的临床应用提供了实验依据。Objective：To compare the effect of water extracts of roots,stems,leaves,flowers,seeds of impatiens on trichophyton rubrum,trichophyton gypseum,candida albicans,trichophyton mentagrophytes,and provide experimental basis for clinical application of impatiens. Methods：Drug sensitive test paper test method was used. Results：The flowers of impatiens had significant inhibitory effect on above four kinds of fungi. Roots,stems,leaves had weak inhibitory effect on trichophyton mentagrophytes,while roots,stems respectively had weak inhibitory effect on candida albicans and trichophyton rubrum,but far less than the antifungal effect of flower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Impatiens is commonly used in the treatment of hand food tinea,and the experiment provide experimental basis for clinical application of impatiens.
