清热除湿法在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中应用及其作用机制

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种以结直肠反复发作性黏膜溃疡为主要病理特征的炎症性肠病。现阶段UC西医临床治疗方法以对症治疗为主,兼用免疫抑制与抗炎治疗,但其疗效不甚理想且有一定的不良反应。中医药治疗UC具有疗效较好且不良反应较小的特点,在UC的治疗中具有重要地位。其中相关研究发现,清热除湿方药作为用于溃疡性结肠炎治疗的重要方药,具有较好的治疗疗效,且其治疗UC的作用机制可能与抗炎,抗免疫有关。Ulcerative colitis （UC） , as a kind of inflammatory bowel disease, is a chronic disease characterized by diffuse inflammation and relapsed ulcers of the mucosa of the colon and rectum. Symptomatic treatment was usually used for treating UC along with immunosuppressive and anti - inflammatory treatment. Meanwhile, the therapeutic effect of tra- ditional Chinese medicine played an important role in treating UC, with characteristics as better efficacy and less side effects. Especially, clearing heat and dampness medicine, as an important and useful treatment method for UC, has bet- ter clinical efficacy. And the mechanism may be related to anti -inflammatory and regulating immune.
