摘　　要：目的:探讨乞国艳教授诊治重症肌无力(MG)的方法和策略。方法:采用中西医结合、辨病与辨证相结合的方法,深入分析乞国艳教授融合中西于一体的诊治MG思路与疗效。结果:采用中西结合方法诊治MG,疗效突出,丰富了MG中西医结合诊疗内涵。结论:乞国艳教授中西医结合诊治MG策略,理论基础成熟,疗效确实,值得推广。Objective ： To explore the treatment methods and strategies of Professor QI Guoyan treating Myasthenia Gravis（MG）. Mtethods： This paper takes the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and combination of disease and syndrome differentiation methods to analyse QI Guoyan＇s clinical treatment thinking. Results：Adopting the combination of Chinese and Western medicine method to diagnose and treat MG bad prominen effect. This treatment enriched the connotation of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of MG. Conclusion：Theoretical basis for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment strategy of MG of professor QI Guoyan has become mature. Adopting the combination of Chinese and Western medicine method to diagnose and treat MG has promi- nent curative effect. QI Guoyan＇s clinical treatment thinking of MG is worthy of spreading.
