摘 要:目的 :观察硬化肝进行TPN时NO对脂代谢的影响。方法 :2 6只肝硬化大鼠随机分成 4组 ,TPN组 7只 ,TPN +L -Arg 6只 ,TPN +L -NAME组 6只 ,TPN +L -Arg +L -NAME组 7只。测定血脂水平、肝脂含量、血清NO浓度和肝脏NO含量。结果 :TPN组、TPN +L -NAME和TPN +L -Arg +L +NAME组各有一只大鼠因输液过快、肺水肿死亡外 ,其余大鼠均成活。与TPN组比较 ,TPN +L -Arg组血清NO浓度、肝脏NO含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血清TG水平、肝TG、CHO含量均有不同程度的降低 ;TPN +L -NAME组血清NO浓度、肝脏NO含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血清TG水平、肝TG、CHO含量均有不同程度的升高。结论 :硬化肝TPN时补充增加NO合成的营养素可以降低血脂水平和肝脂含量。Objective:To observe the effects of nitric oxide (NO) on lipid metabolism of cirrhotic rats with total parenteral nutrition (TPN). Methods:Twenty-six cirrhotic rats were divided into four groups randomly: TPN group (N=7),TPN+L-Arg group(n=6), TPN+L-NAME group(n=6) and TPN+L-Arg+L-NAME group (n=7). Serum lipid, liver lipid, the level of serum and liver NO were measured. Results:All animals survived but one rat died of pneumonedema in TPN group, TPN+L-NAME group and TPN+L-Arg+L+NAME group respectively. Compared with TPN group,in the TPN+L-Arg group,the level of serum and liver NO were increased significantly ( P <0.05), however, serum TG, liver TG and CHO were decreased to a greater or less degree. In the TPN+L-NAME group, the level of serum and liver NO were decreased significantly ( P <0.05), however, serum TG,liver TG and CHO were increased to a greater or less degree. Conclusion:Supplemental nutrient enhancing NO production can decrease the level of serum lipid and liver lipid.
