摘 要:目的:探讨阶段性健康教育对母乳喂养产妇认知水平及乳房并发症的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年12月我院住院分娩的初产妇120例作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用传统健康教育,研究组采用阶段性健康教育。比较两组产妇出院时的母乳喂养认知度,出院4个月后的喂养行为以及乳房并发症发生情况。结果:出院时研究组产妇对母乳喂养知识的掌握程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组产妇的纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇乳房胀痛、乳头皲裂和乳腺炎等乳房并发症的发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对初产妇实施阶段性健康教育有助于改善产妇的母乳喂养认知程度,提高纯母乳喂养率,降低乳房并发症的发生率,在临床护理工作中值得推广应用。Objective: To explore the influence of staged health education on cognitive level and breast complications of lying-in women with breast feeding. Methods: Selected 120 cases of primiparae admitted to our hospital for childbirth from January 2015 to December 2016 as objects of study,and they were equally divided into control group and research group at random. Traditional health education was given to the lying-in women in the control group,and staged health education was given to the lying-in women in the research group. Lying-in women in the two groups were compared in cognition of breast feeding upon discharge,feeding behavior 4 months after discharge and occurrence of breast complications. Results: Upon discharge,the lying-in women from the research group were significantly superior to those from the control group in degree of mastering of breast feeding knowledge,and the difference was of statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). The lying-in women from the research group were significantly superior to those from the control group in rate of pure breast-feeding,and the difference was of statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). The lying-in women from the research group had a significantly less incidence rate of breast complications such as breast distending pain,cracked nipple and mastitis( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Staged health education for the primiparae could improve the cognition of breast feeding of lying-in women,increase the pure breast feeding rate,reduce the incidence rate of breast complications,and it was worthy promotion in clinical nursing.
