摘 要:目的通过检测血清中晚期糖基化终末产物(Advanced glycation end products,AGEs)的含量,分析AGEs与脑血栓形成患者存在相关性。方法收集临床病例100例,分为实验组、对照组,实验组为脑血栓形成患者(50例),对照组为同期体检健康者(50例);两组全部采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定空腹血清中AEGs的含量,比较实验组与对照组患者AGEs的差别变化。结果实验组与对照组AGEs水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);各组患者的性别、年龄等一般临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过此次研究发现,AGEs的增多与脑血栓形成患者病情的严重程度相关。Objective To detect the content of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in serum, and to analyze the correlation between AGEs and cerebral thrombosis. Methods 100 cases were collected and divided into 2 groups: the experimental group was cerebral thrombosis patients (50 cases) and the control group was physical examination healthy persons (50 cases). These populations were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the content of AEGs in fasting serum. The difference of AGEs between the experimental group and the control group was compared. Results The levels of AGEs in the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant ( P 〈0.01) ; The sex and age of each group were not statisti- cally significant ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Through this test, we found that the increase of AGEs is related to the severity of cer- ebral thrombosis patients.
