摘 要:Teager能量算子解调方法在信号领域已经得到广泛应用,但由于对噪声较为敏感,造成其鲁棒性较差。振动筛属于振动机械设备中的筛分设备,其结构特点与运行原理与普通的旋转机械有着很大不同,因此提取出的振动信号同旋转机械提取出的振动信号也同样有着较大区别,主要体现在,信号中不仅存在着大量的背景噪声,而且信号中的成分也较为复杂,因此传统的能量算子在振动机械的实际应用上受到了很大限制。基于此,提出一种全新的能量算子方法—频率加权能量算子,该方法在很大程度上解决了传统能量算子关于噪声敏感性的缺点。将该方法应用到仿真模拟实验与振动筛实际应用中,并同传统的能量算子进行比较,发现能够很好的分离出故障频率,证明了该方法具有实用性与优越性。Teager energy operator( TEO) has been widely used in the field of signal processing,but it is well known that TEO is very sensitive to noise.Vibrating screen is a kind of screening equipment in the field of the vibrating machine,which differs greatly from the rotating machine in terms of structural characteristics and operational principles.Therefore,there is a big difference between signals from the two different systems.The vibration signals emanating from the vibrating screen contain not only a great deal of background noise,but also multiple constituents.Thus,Teager energy operator has a large limitation on vibrating screen.Based on this,an alternative energy operator method called frequency-weighted energy operator( FWEO) is proposed in this paper,whose robustness is superior to TEO.The results of simulation and vibrating screen experiments indicate that the method can effectively extract fault features,which certifies its feasibility and superiority.
