摘　　要：网络学院是高校继续教育发展和成人终身学习的重要平台,在办学过程中面临激烈的市场竞争。对其竞争力进行评价有助于考生理性择校,也有助于网络学院识别优势和不足,针对性开展工作,提升办学水平。文章基于钻石模型构建了网络学院竞争力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重并进行了实证个案评价,针对案例评价中的网络学院,以完善管理政策为起点,针对扩大市场需求、增强竞争机制、丰富办学资源和延伸关联服务提出了对策建议。Distance Networking Education College is an important platform for the development of University Continuous Educa- tion and adult lifelong learning which faces severe market competition. Evaluating its competitiveness is helpful for students to choose it rationally, which also help to identify its strengths and weaknesses and promote its education quality. This research constructs distance networking education college competitiveness evaluation index system based on diamond model Then it computes the index weight with AHP method. From the beginning of perfecting management policy, it puts forward some suggestion to expand networking learning de- mand, intensify competitive mechanism, enrich educational resources, and extend service supply chain.
