摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月收治的50例急性脑梗死患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各25例患者,对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组则在此基础上加用依达拉奉注射液进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组与对照组患者的治疗有效率差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉注射液能够有效治疗患者的急性脑梗死症状,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Edaravone Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected, the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 25 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional drugs, the study group on this basis plus the use of edaravone injection for treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment was significantly different between the study group and the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone Injection is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, it has clinical application value.
