摘  要:硅橡胶膜具有渗透气体、阻挡微生物进入的特性,可以安置在密封包装袋上控制袋内气体成分。研究探索了在常温20℃下,利用不同硅窗大小(2、4、6、8 cm^2)的包装袋贮藏荔枝,探讨硅窗气调对荔枝生理活性的影响。研究表明,常温贮藏下,随贮藏时间的增加,荔枝失重率、发霉率、褐变指数、CO_2含量逐渐上升;可溶性固形物和O_2含量逐渐下降;pH值先升后降;2 cm^2规格的硅窗袋贮藏效果最好,发霉率、失重率最低,荔枝第4天的褐变指数依旧低于2。研究结果表明76.187 cm^2/kg·m^2硅窗袋最适宜在20℃下贮藏和保鲜荔枝。Silicon gum film is characterized in permeating gas and preventing the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. The effects of modified atmosphere packaging with four sizes of silicon gum film (2, 4, 6, 8 cm2) were determined on the quality of the litchi stored in 20℃. The results showed that, as storage time increases, the weight loss rate, mildew infection, browning index, and CO~ levels were all increased, however, total soluble solids and 02 concentration in the packages were declined, and pH first rose then fell. The packaging with 2 cm2 silicon gum film was showed to be the best for the postharvest quality of litchi, with low weight loss rate and mildew infection. The browning index was less than 2 after 4 days of storage. The results show that the 76.187 cm2/kg.m2 silicon window bag is the most suitable for storage litchi at 20 ℃.
